As a SOAR Teen Club Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities ages 12-21 do things like science experiments, arts & crafts, games, and more in our weekday after-school program.

Teen Club DSPs must be age 17+, have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and meet prerequisites for employment including a drug test and background check.
No experience is needed! We offer paid training plus benefits including paid time off, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement and more.
