As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities so they can reach their highest potential. We’re currently hiring DSPs in the following programs:
-Residential
-Respite Center
-Respite Care Home
-Support Services for Adults
-SOAR Teen Club

DSPs must be age 18+ (or 17+ for Teen Club), have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and meet prerequisites for employment including a drug test and background check.
No experience is needed! We offer paid training plus benefits including generous paid time off, 85% of employee insurance premiums paid, 401(k) with company match, and more!
Starting pay is $15-17/hour
