Message from the President
Sheri Wiltse, President and CEO
When I think about 2025, I think of a year of challenges—and I don’t mean that negatively. I mean the kind of challenges that spark ideas, fuel growth, and open doors to new opportunities and creative solutions.
As a nonprofit, we are constantly navigating the realities of funding shortages, stretching every dollar, sustaining high-quality services, expanding programs, and trying to be everything our community needs. Some days, those challenges feel heavy. And other days—they’re exactly what energizes us.
Because there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the faces of the people we serve, their families, funders, and case managers when we create the kind of “magic” that happens through high-quality, person-centered support. There is simply nothing like it.
Community Living continues to deliver creative, exciting services that help children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their best lives—and we celebrate those achievements with pride. We believe deeply in our mission and in the quality of the work that will carry us into next year and beyond.

Summer Work Experience 2024
Every summer, our Employment Services team partners with high school students who are eager to jump-start their professional journeys.
