Legacy Award: Gateway Fire Protection Systems
Gateway Fire Protection Systems, Inc. has been a dedicated Annual Premier Partner of Community Living for many years. More than just a sprinkler company, Gateway Fire is driven by a mission to protect life and property. They are committed to supporting organizations that assist those in need, especially individuals who are often underrepresented. The Hoffman family, owners of Gateway Fire, have strong, personal connections to Community Living. Natalie Hoffman’s brother, Chris, participates in Adult Recreation programs, while her parents, Dave and Sue Bazzell, have volunteered and served on the board for many years.
Volunteer of the Year: Kyle Gaines
Kyle Gaines has served as the Director of Community Relations for the St. Charles County Ambulance District for over 16 years. A graduate of Bradley University and a dedicated volunteer, Kyle has supported Community Living and various organizations across the county for many years. He is an active member of the Cottleville-Weldon Spring Chamber of Commerce, a member of the St. Charles Regional Chamber, and holds certifications in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) and as a Child Passenger Safety Technician, along with an EMT-B license. Kyle and his wife, Carrie, reside in St. Charles County.
