United Way Employee Campaign

Why Give?
As members of the St. Louis Metro region, we are all United in wanting to see the communities where we live, work, and raise our children thrive. We want to live in a region where all people have opportunities to succeed and live full lives. United Way provides vital funding to a safety net of nonprofits that address so many needs in our community and our neighbors, our co-workers and even our own families.
Community Living, Inc. is one of the organizations included in this safety net.

Campaign Kick-Off
We’re kicking off the 2021 campaign on October 18th! Watch for pledge forms and a sweet treat to be delivered to your location!
Mystery Raffle
Buy a ticket for the mystery raffle!
- $1 buys 5 entries
- $5 buys 30 entries
There is no limit to the number of entries you can purchase. Raffle ticket sales end at 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 21. The winner will be announced the following week.

Virtual Scavenger Hunt
This is a free activity for all Community Living employees. Watch the Events channel in Microsoft Teams for the link to be released on October 21!
The winner will receive a $25 AMC Gift Card! In the event of a tie, the person who submitted their entry first will be named the winner.
Pumpkin Decorating Contest
- $3 for a child entry
- $5 for an adult
Submissions can be dropped off at the Administrative Office or the Family Center during normal business hours October 18-25. The winner will be chosen following a Facebook vote and will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card.
Ways to Give
Give to Earn PTO:
Hourly Employees
Submit a pledge form to give $2/pay period for 26 pay periods for a total of $52 to receive 1 day of PTO.*
Salaried Employees
Submit a pledge form to give $4/pay period for 26 pay periods for a total of $104 to receive 1 day of PTO.*
*The 1 day of PTO will arrive in your PTO bank on the second paycheck of January 2022.
“Double” the Donation
Increase your donation to be entered into a monthly drawing in which 3 winners will be drawn each month to receive an additional day of PTO.
- Hourly: $3.00 x 26 pay periods = $78
- Salary: $5.00 x 26 pay periods = $130
Payroll Deduction
Submit your pledge form no later than October 29.
