Caregiver Mini-Seminar for Stress Management
At these short sessions, we will learn stress management and relaxation techniques from Barnes-Jewish St. Peters staff. At this session, we will focus on ways to identify stress and establish coping mechanisms. Note: These sessions will be offered through October on the third Thursday of the month.
