Q: Can I still signup for events if I don’t have an email by the October signup deadline?

A: Yes, you will be mailed a copy of the calendar for the month and you will pick and choose which events you’d like to signup for. Once you have selected your events, you will then need to send it back to the Family Center. After July 1, 2021, if you do not have an email address for the new database, unfortunately you will not be able to participate in Adult Recreation events.

Q: How do I register for events?

A: Please follow the step-by-step guide that was sent out for assistance. If you need further assistance, please reach out to an Adult Recreation staff member at (636) 614-1325.

Q: Will anything change the way I pay my bill?

A: Billing will be completed the same way it always has been.

Q: Will I still be able to view an entire month of activities at one time?

A: Yes. The website will display a whole month at a time with all of the events listed.

Q: Will there still be in-person events offered even though we are going digital with the new signup system?

A: Yes. The new digital system is for signups only. Events will still be in-person and virtual.

Q: Will we receive an email notification stating when registration opens?

A: Yes. An automated email will be sent to you notifying you that you can register for events.

Q: How will I be notified if I am accepted into an event?

A: You will receive an automated email informing you of what events you were accepted into.
