Raffle ticket sales open July 21, 2025-August 11, 2025 at 5 p.m. Winners will be drawn at the Swing Fore Kids Golf Tournament. Winners do not need to be present to win. If not in attendance, winner will be notified via the contact information given at time of ticket purchase. Prize packages will be awarded in order of draw. Prizes must be picked up from Community Living’s Administrative Office at 1040 St. Peters Howell Road during normal business hours before August 29, 2025 or they will be considered forfeited. Photos used are for promotional purposes to represent prizes.
