DSPs must be age 18+ (17+ for SOAR), have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and meet prerequisites for employment including a background check.

No experience is needed! We offer paid training plus benefits including generous paid time off, 85% of employee insurance premiums paid, 401(k) with company match, and more!

Starting pay is $18-21/hour
