DESCRIPTION:SOAR Holiday Drive\nThis holiday season the SOAR Program will be spreading the love and giving back to the community by collecting items to make “Blessing Bottles.” Participants will put together the “Blessing Bottle” kits by stuffing reusable water bottles with donated items.
