Director of Quality Services

The Director of Quality Services is responsible for ensuring the quality of program supports and services for Community Living, Inc. Responsibilities include the oversight of program quality ensuring quality services for persons served, intake information and referral as needed, agency electronic documentation, outcomes management as well as ensuring standards are met regarding CARF, United Way, the Developmental Disabilities Resource Board (DDRB), etc., as well as state and federal regulations regarding quality and program services.

Additional duties and responsibilities include overseeing programmatic grants (DDRB, United Way, CCRB, etc.) and electronic documentation. Serve as the initial contact for intake, information and referral for Community Living, Inc. programs. Act as the point of contact for appropriate funding sources and related state and federal agencies as needed. Coordinate Outcomes Management/Program Evaluation system and manage the reporting and investigation process for Abuse and Neglect. Oversee practicums and internships, ensure agency-wide and program specific Handbooks of Information are kept up-to-date and ensure adherence to CARF Standards. The Director of Quality Services will also serve as a member or leader of a variety of Community Living, Inc. committees (Safety Committee and Human Rights Team). Perform all other duties as assigned.

This is a Full-Time position Monday- Friday 8:00a-4:30p, with flexibility, may have to work varied hours at times.

Pay rate: Commensurate with experience.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Service or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
  • Possess good communication, organization, and written documentation skills.
  • Possess good listening and comprehension skills along with strong leadership and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Possess excellent computer skills.
  • Must meet prerequisites for employment, which includes:
