This year, with the support of our friends in the community, Community Living’s 17th Annual Legacy Ball grossed nearly $80,000 which will help provide innovative services and opportunities for people with disabilities.
The Wish Wall, displaying three to four wishes from each program/facility, SOLD OUT! Wishes varied, from gift cards to the movies to kitchen items, but all 80 wishes were granted!
We asked you to join us Saturday, March 4 at the St. Charles Convention Center, as we recognized Mark Hollander, recipient of Community Living’s Legacy Award, and Lisa Baue, Baue Funeral Homes, recipient of Community Living’s Community Volunteer of the Year Award. The evening included a four-course wine dinner, silent & oral auctions, a chance to win over $500 in lottery scratchers, fun in the photo booth and dancing with live music provided by Serapis.
The event was sponsored by Baue Funeral Homes, Cushman & Wakefield – Joe and Keith Schneider, Lowenbaum Law, St. Charles City-County Library Foundation, St. Charles Sunrise Rotary, Amped Up Digital, Dierbergs, Hackmann Lawn & Landscape, LLC and The Kyle Hannegan Group.
